“These underwater pictures tell a story: the tale of my encounter with the Sea, its dreamlike beauty, its poetry and its infinite blueness.
For over seventeen years now I have explored the oceans and the seas, revealing unimaginable worlds, fragile and delicate edens, and I remain forever dazzled by the diversity of living organisms and mindful of their fragile equilibrium.
My ventures below the surface have taken me to abyssal depths, places from which I was able to steal these images in often extreme conditions - currents, temperatures, visibility, nitrogen narcosis - raptures of the depths - conditions on which, in the end, only the Sea can decide.”
